How do I order?
Most of our customers order directly online by filling out the order
page. For your protection, each transaction is transmitted
securely using the latest SSL (secure socket layer) encryption
technology. Our shopping cart is a Verisign secure site (you
will see a lock on the bottom right corner of your browser once you
proceed to the billing and shipping section of our order form).
We understand that you may not feel comfortable ordering online even
through our site is secure. Simply Contact
Us and we will be happy to take your order over the
phone or make any necessary arrangements.
Alabama residents will pay applicable sales tax.How long will it take after I place my order?
You will receive an email confirmation the same day you place your
order. We will immediately process your order and email you a proof
(if elected) within three business days after your order was
placed. You must verify that the proof is correct via email. After
we hear from you, we will print your order within three* business
days (*after October 1, orders can take up to ten business
days to print due to high volume during the holiday season) and ship it to you. Shipping time will vary depending on the
method you choose. We cannot be held responsible for delays due
to shipping or manufacturing back orders.
Can I receive my envelopes early so that I may begin
addressing them to my friends and family (also called Pre-Ordering)?
Yes, please read the following instructions based on your situation.
If your baby has already arrived it really isn't necessary to
pre-order envelopes. They will only arrive one or two days
before the printed announcements arrive.
I know my baby's gender and want to
pre-order announcements and envelopes:
Step 1-Choose desired announcement and fill out order form.
Step 2- In the card should read box type "pre-ordering, will
email wording later."
Step 3-Include your due date.
Step 4-Fill in the appropriate box for pre-ordering envelopes
($10.00 charge).
You will receive your envelopes early so that you can begin
addressing them. Email us after the baby is born with the
wording and birth stats.
I do not know my baby's gender and
want to pre-order announcements and envelopes:
Step 1-Choose one girl and boy announcement that are the same
size and price.
Step 2-Fill out the order form for only one announcement.
Step 3- In the card should read box type, "Pre-ordering, gender
unknown. Will email wording later."
Step 4-Include your due date.
Step 5-Include the name and item number of the alternate
announcement.
Step 5-Fill in the appropriate box for pre-ordering envelopes
($10.00 charge).
You will receive your envelopes early so that you can begin
addressing them. Email us after the baby is born with the
wording and birth stats.
Can I cancel an order?
Yes, as long as we have not begun to print it. Once the order has
been printed and/or the proof is approved it is a final sale.
If the proof has been sent a fee of $18.00 will incur.
What is the minimum order? Should I order extras?
Minimum orders for announcements and matching folded note cards vary
from card to card. The drop down menus will show you the quantities
available for the products you are viewing. We always
recommend that you order at least 10 extra announcements and note
cards. You will probably receive more gifts than you expect.
Do you offer return address printing for my envelopes?
Yes. This is located on our shipping and billing page of
the order form. You may select to have your return address
printed on your announcement's envelopes, your note card's
envelopes, or both. Choose the option which is best for you.
What shipping methods do you offer?
Our shipments are handled via UPS (United Parcel Service).
Please note that we will print your order within three* business
days (*after October 1, orders can take up to ten business
days to print due to high volume during the holiday season) and ship it to you. Shipping time will vary depending on the
method you choose.
